FAQs

What are the minimum guest count to book an event?

We require a minimum of 10 adult guests for our hibachi catering service and can accommodate parties of up to 30 adult guests for our private on-site hibachi experience.

Please note that children are not included in the adult guest count, as kids’ meals are considered separately.

For events with more than 30 adult guests, we offer our buffet-style catering service to better accommodate larger parties and ensure the best dining experience for everyone.

How to book an event?

Click on the “Book Your Event” button and submit the form online. We will reach out to you within 3 business days and give you an estimate. You must put down a deposit to secure your date.

How far do you travel?

We serve most north west suburbs of Chicago, IL. Please email us or submit an inquiry to see if we can serve your next event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Booking fees are non-refundable. You must cancel the event one week in advance, or reschedule. You are able to reschedule your Hibachi Experience with no additional cost. Date must be at least two weeks in advance.
